    Hey Taj!  Welcome!  That first week's loss is always so encouraging!  I love looking down at my scale now!  Never thought I'd say that.  I had 106 lbs to lose as well and I'm plugging away!  I give myself 10 lb goals so as not to get overwhelmed.  I know you're going to make it just keep coming back!  Looking forward to reading all about your losses!  : )  Take care!

    Hi! My name is Taj, and I'm new to the group. I just started Slim fast a week ago and I've lost 5 pounds... I'm psyched! My initial goal was to go from 311 pounds to 160 pounds, but I figured I should make my goal a little closer... So with 200 as my new goal, I'm 106 pounds away. I'm scared honestly, but I hope with Slim fast and with this site I can make my goal. I look forwad to sharing with you all, and reading about all your success!
