    Hello everyone.  I have finally made up my mind it is time for a change now and with the help of SlimFast and the support of fellow dieters I am aiming for success.  As you know (or I wouldn't have joined this group lol) I am 100 pounds overweight and need to seriously lose the weight. 

     My kids live in the Caribbean and there is nothing worse than the beach lifestyle when you can't climb in and out of the ocean without a massive struggle and don't even get me started on the bathing suit issue. 

    I am hoping that by coming here daily and talking to others going through the same struggles that I can stay motivated to stick to the plan.  My knees are bad so the exercise I do is on my Tony Little Gazelle which provides low impact on my knees and yet still gives me a good workout .

    I am looking forward to hearing from everyone and and offering any support I can in return.
