Hang in there girl, you got off to a good start, and the slow down is normal. don't give up. I did a reply yesterday but it was deleted. UGH !!

You lost 13 pounds in 6 weeks. That is terrific!  There can be so many reasons for us stalling. Stress, lack of exercise, poor sleep, eating too much, eating too little, having our periods, etc. Please don't give up, we'll support you here. Remember, we're in this for the long haul. It's going to take time. Hang in there!
