I know how you feel. I have high blood pressure and have had 3 heart attacks when I was 45 because of my weight. I know I have to get this weight off if I'm going to survive.
But I don't want to just survive..... I want to live!!!  My weight keeps me from doing things I used to love to do. I don't like the kind of life I have eaten myself into and am looking for anyone who will go the road ahead with me. My husband tries to be supportive by saying he loves me no matter what I look like, but he doesn't realize that I may not be around for long if I don't lose the weight.

I hope you win this battle and I will keep you in my prayers. Maybe if you know someone out here is cheering you on things may be easier for you.

I am 57 years old and in lousy health because of my weight. I need to lose 110 lbs. My 40th class reunion is coming soon and I refuse to go and let everyone see me now especially those that I am sure are still slim and young looking. I really want to lose this weight, last night my B/P was sky high and I know my weight has lots to do with it. Anyone want to talk?
