You sound a lot like me only I am much older....or at least I feel that way! lol...It seems like the more work/jobs and life you try to handle; the more you try to have quick/easy meals....lots of prepackaged and unhealthy foods. So, now I am preparing the meals from the meal site and it is a bit more work; but oh, so healthy...and I am losing weight plus feeling a bit more energy than I have in a long time.

You have taken the first step by joining the group...drink your SF shakes, eat the healthy snacks...veggies/fruits, drink lots of water and be sure to start an exercise routine... you will find that it all pays off when you jump on that 'ol scale for weigh in....I wish you the best and be sure to post your lost pounds every week...it is fun to watch everyones number go down....Stay strong & visit the site often, SisterC

Hi, everyone!  I am new to the group and just found this website today.  I have alot of weight to lose and would like to find some buddies to chat with.  I have tried all kinds of diets like everyone else here and nothing seems to work.  I am ok with myself most of the time but sometimes I look at myself and wonder how on earth did this happen.  I am a mother of 3 and have been married for 17 years.  I work 2 jobs and am always on the go.  I feel that I stay very active and never have a chance to sit down for long.  Anyway....to make a long story short I would like some people in like me to chat with.
