  • Hi Sarah     Juanita here     don't beat up on yourself you didn't fall off your wagon you just SLID a little .and you got right back up and seem like you really WORKED out  alot. and yes  day three was a victory!!!!

    McDonalds has a "McChicken for only $1.00  what I think you could do is just order 2 of them TOSS THE BREAD and you have a nice little snack for $2.00     Also carried one of the Slim Fast  snack bars in your purse and eat it SLOWLY   and  maybe even one of  the Slim Fast Shakes  thanks for sharing this with us.   it helps me to know that when I slip  'I HAVE NOT FAILED   Way to go.

  • Yesdayday, Day 3, wasn't too bad during the day, but I faltered at night. We had to run out and eat on the way. We went to BK and I had a chicken sandwhich and a few fries. It sucked. I am po'd at myself for not choosing better, but I am really tired of feeling guilty. So I chose badly, at least I recognized it, did not go overboard, and will hopefully make a better choice next time. I did good the whole day prior to dinner and I walked again for my hour and did exercises like sit ups and push ups at home. So we are still going to call day three a victory! YAY!

  • Thanks. I am at 254 right now and am hoping to lose 3 pounds by the next time I weigh in on Monday morning. I can do it! Today was day 2 and it went very well too. I ate pretty good. Nothing that I regretted eating later. I also walked for another hour. I even made it though my "munchy" time, by eating a piece of string cheese.

    I am wanting to lose 100 lbs by my sisters wedding later this year. If I can lose about 3 lbs a week, I can get to that goal. Everytime I feel like eating something that I shouldn't I visualize what I want to look like at the wedding. I really want to suprise everyone when I get there.

  • Well since I cant find a blog spot on here, I will just use this post and keep adding to it daily, so I dont have a new post for each day. Today was day 1 and I think that I did pretty darn good. I had slimfast for breakfast and lunch and had carrots and grapes as a snack when I got hungry. I had 6 glasses of water, which is great for me. I even walked for an hour today! Yay me! My hardest time for temptation is when I get home from work, before dinner, and I even did good then. I just had a handful of baked chips. I can't beleive I did so good. I am very excited. My goal for this week is just to lose 3 pounds, I really hope I can do this.
