I have been doing slim fast for a few weeks now but I am new to the site. I am also glad that there is a group for people who need to lose over 100 pounds. I see and hear all these commercials with people saying they lost 20 pounds or even 30 and just think I wish that was all I had to lose. Glad to see some  people here that keep the group updated.
