Marsha, slim fast is the one who are deleting the post.  I want to welcome all the new people who have goined. there are not many of us old ones left on this site anymore we have moved on. since slim fast started to delete post. and alot of the stuff that was on the old wed site before march 11th is no longer here. they had so much more to offer before they made the switch so alot of the old people left and found site  to help them, this iste use to have all kinds of stuff. i hope you all do well i am on once a day just to see how my old buddies are doing. good luck to all the new people

Hi, I'm Marsha (texasdiva) and I've got to loose 165 pounds.  I've got to get serious about my weight.  Too many health issues and too much to do to feel so bad each day.  I'm going to give this at least a month and see If I can stick to the plan. Sitting at a desk all day and then singing or performing at least three nights a week, I'm busy with little time to think about meal planning. How has this plan been for you?

I have two pages of friends and most of them are gone. I only stop by here once or twice a day to check on some friends that are still here. I can't spend much time here. If you will notice from my ticker with all of the stress of this new site I gained seven pounds this week. Can't let them get me off the path I know to go. So far I have found Jodie, and smalloneday but I can't find the others. Hope to catch up with all my buddies soon. I just wonder about SisterC? Hope all is well she was going to be having surgary. I don't know if she did or not.
