Yes come on ladies let's get back and get our positive attitudes back. We can do this. We are just ahvign a bump in the road right now and there are a lot of bumps out there yet to be faced. If we can get through this one we can get through others. This is a bit of practice. I am goign to keep on with my bars and shakes because it is working, working 44 pounds worth. We all have had success on our journeys and it is up to us, each of us owns our own destiny. Let's take back the  control of our journey. This is a lovely day to recommitt ourselves to the tasks. I'm back and I'm showing off my positive, can-do attitude.  The stress from this site made me gain 10 pounds in 9 days and I'm just not having it anymore!!!!  Luckily I was able to take six of that off over the past several days but still had a 4 pound gain this week.  Oh well back to business, I've GOT to reach 250 before it gets warmer here.  Summer is coming ladies!!!!

BTW Jodie, I can't believe they deleted a post complaining about price.  I can maybe see the ones mentioning other sites by name and with a URL, but over price, REALLY??!!

i show that the first time and in no time they deleted it.  don't make since what they delete. they love to delete post but will not reply when we where all upset.   i agree with you on the prices bu for know I'm still getting the powder for my shacks.  i still don't know why they will not let us post  our blogs what is it going to hurt it is only a journal for us to have of our weight lose. its not like they are making money from us posting.  I'm not letting this site get me down anymore.  I'm so glad that i still have some of you that have blogs have you all listed on my blog.

I don't really see a difference i the bars or hacks bu the looks and price.

Yep.... we can do this!  I've come to realize that SF is not the only product line out there.  If they wont support us here, then I wont support them out there!!!!  (I'm sure they will delete this, so read quick!!)  When I started using the SF snack bars last July they cost $2.88 for a box at Walmart.  A couple of months ago they went up to $3.28, and I was mad.  Well, the other day when I went to purchase them they have gone up to $3.48!  Thats up 60 cents in eight months!  

They need to know..... we have other options!!!!!!!!

For all of us who have gotten of track this last week. Its time we get back o track. Today is a new day.  today was weigh in day i was dreading getting on the scale ( i used the old one just don't like the new one) and i gained 1.5 lbs I'm so glad it was not more then that.
