I finally got a email from SF from the 9th of this month when i emailed them asking them what changes where coming.

Hi Cheryl!  Congrats on the loss, sorry you got hit by the censor police.  I miss all the old stuff too.  I've found other places to get that though, but what I can't replace are all my good buddies here.  So I'll still be here.  Even though I STILL cannot set up a plan on here because I keep getting an error message.  Must be because I keep checking that vegetarian box, maybe they have something against vegetarians:)  Oh well, SF did help me get this far and neither they nor anything else can stop me now.  This is my life, I am in charge!!

Congrats. on the weight loss Cherry. I myself gained seven pounds in the past week with all the struggles of this website. No more I have some place else to find help. Maybe they meant to delete my post. It seems like everybody is getting comments deleted and mine stay plus I am getting an email every day from slim fast. I love the buddies I have made on here. It is just a shame we have to go elsewhere to find the help we really need. YES, AGAIN SLIM FAST I WILL BE WATCHING TO SEE IF YOU DELETE ME. SO FAR YOU HAVE NOT. Best of luck to those of you who stay here. I only want what will help me. Sorry if that sounds selfish but when you have over 200 pounds to lose you can't let anything stand in your way. I have regained my willpower and will go on from here. Even if I have to do this without the help of slim fast and most of good buddies.

My post got deleted by Slimfast --said I was product bashing.  They must have employed a nonreader because they would have read that I did not say anything bad about Slimfast --I love it as a matter of fact.  What I hate is the new web site.  Again, where is my weight chart?, where is the easy to read food chart you use to have?, where is the exercise videos you use to have?, why is the web site so slow?, why can't you have a website contact number?  I stand by my first post  --I don't like this new website.  I find it scary knowing slimfast deleted what they don't like -what are you afraid of?

On a good note --I have lost 21 pounds since Jan 1

They do not want us to get help at other places. Slim fast use to be willing to help us but not anymore. It is all about selling there products. Those crazy meals- I am a simple person I don't make dishes like that. But slim fast sent me an email yesterday [yes, shocked me that would take time to reply] but they told me they took off the food journal because it did not go with the new plan. That with the new plan you do not have to count calories. That is CRAZY. I am not eating what they say to eat and I am keeping track of my food intake thanks to my fitness pal. i WILL BE BACK SLIM FAST TO SEE IF YOU CENSOR MY MESSAGE.
