I gained a 'few' pounds this week due to my lack of control while dealing with lots of stress.  I am leaving my ticker as is for now, in hopes that it will be correct by next Thursday!!  

This is going to be a MUCH better week!!  Spring is just around the corner and good things are going to happen for all of us.  Have a good day!

I gained 1.5 lbs this is all my fault i let stress get to me and i went on a eat for all for 3 days.  

I am so happy its not more then that. really sticking to my calories and slim fast the last couple of days.

Hi, I am happy to say I am down three pounds this week. I think it is partly due to teenage granddaughter stress and they can really do it. I am getting the idea stress burns calories. Not the best way to loose wieght but part of the learnign process I guess. Here's to handling stress in a new way. Have a lovely day! Suzanne
