I'm so glad to "see" you!!  Wishing you a speedy and complete recovery!  Keep us posted.  I just started an online Biggest Loser challenge on the new site I've been using. It runs for 6 weeks so I am hoping to see some results and get myself out of this slump.  I know I just really need to exercise but finding the motivation is proving very difficult... BTW I took measurements for the first time this morning.  I wish I had taken them when I started SF so I'd know how far I have come.

Okay Gang...I am here...spent last few days in hospital for shoulder surgery...on mega doses of pain killers...and will be off work 6-8 weeks. Thanks for the messages. Will be typing with one hand for a while...  Anyways, I am wondering if anything has gotten any better on this site???  The site really came up slow for me...any help navigating it would be appreciated. Will try to check back in tomorrow...got lots of pain right now.  Hugs, SisterC

Don't leave SisterC. You have pulled me thru some rough times as all my buddies have. I have started a site on my fitness pal. They track everything just like they use to do here except my sodium. I will track that myself. I am even blogging. If you have gone somewhere else at lease come back and check up on us. I need to know you are screaming when I eat things I shouldn'tl Hope your day is going good.
