I agree with you. I miss going looking at how you all are doing. Love the site wish i found that one before I did the blogger one.  oh welll maybe later change over to the one like yours.  

I'm with you if it was not for my hubby helping me i would not know how to set up mine.

I loved having a place on this website to vent my feelings.... and also reading other peoples announcments.  Since SF has chosen to take that feature away, I found a website where I could make my own.  I feel better already just having a place to put my feelings into words.  I put a link on my profile and I hope others will create a blog also, cause I miss reading up on all of you!  But I'll be honest, it was a little difficult cause I'm no techie! 

My day didnt turn out as well as I had hoped it would, but there was definite improvement from the last four days.  Tomorrow I am going back to two shakes a day and some exercise.  I am feeling positive my friends, and I hope everyone else is too!
