Happy birthday Coni, Your 40's can and will be the best years of your life.  Congratulations!

I think some of us, me for one, don't work well on goals. I even have things I love to do that I don't do well if there is a goal involved! Instead of goals I use "would like"s.  I can even trick myself!

I am hoping we can all get over these SF changes and go with the flow so to speak. SF like all companies puts money first. Yes, it  hurts.  I am still so happy I have you. That is why this is so important. We need each other and have found each other. So let's get back to work and start handling the stress and dissappointment and start loosing again.

Happy Birthday Coni. I had to take a day away from this site. I have been on here since it came up.  Very unhappy with slim fast for letting us down. My grandaughters birthday party was Saturday. I had the pizza, the potato chips, the cake and ice cream. I have been eating nonstop. I like Jodie no longer brag to people about slim fast's great website that is helping me track my calories and sodium, etc. The only thing I am getting from them now is that I can still find my friends but that is it. I need help tracking my sodium, and as far as my journal....it is gone. I found it thru yahoo not slim fast. The whole thing is not there and there is no way to update it. I have sent slim fast an email but with no response. I guess they are getting quite a few. They are going to get another one from me today. They no longer care about us. All they are interested in is quick fixes. That is not the slim fast I knew theyconcentrated on a healthy life style.We stuck with them thru the recall and during that time they were coming up with this website that is no help to us.I have let them upset me so bad that I have been eating everything in site. After losing four pounds last week and only five pounds away from my birthday goal. Now I need to get back on track and start over again. I can not let the people at slim fast do this to me. If it were not for my good buddies here I would have left slim fast and my journey last week. I just need to find a way of tracking my sodium. .Sorry this is such a long post but I don't have my journal to vent thru and that just breaks my heart. Please know buddies that I am still praying for all of you-and the people at slim fast that has done this to us. Love and blessings to all of you,  Kaye

Happy Birthday Coni!  Your present to yourself....a happier, healthier you!!!!  I'm with Jodie here.  I've been a mess because of this site (and some other things too) but I am not doing it any longer.  Eating like a pig is not helping matters any and it stops TODAY!  I am going to look at the bright side.  You guys are still here....I have still lost a bunch of weight....and I still have a wonderful beautiful family that I love.  So back to business...love you guys!

Everyone else.... many of us have been struggling since the launch of this new site.  I have been super depressed and have eaten non-stop.  I am on the verge of tears as I sit here at work typing this now.   I feel so let down by SF.  I have purchased their products and boasted about how wonderful they are for almost eight months.  This website was my support system, and we all know how important that is in our journey.  Well, now I am mad at myself too for eating out of control for days now.  This has got to stop!!!  I am choosing to take back control..... NOW!  I refuse to let this frustration un-do all of my hard work.  Please join me in my efforts to stop complaining about how awful the new site is and lets get back to focusing on our weight loss.  We need to be positive and lift each other up again!! 

I was planning to go to Taco Bell for lunch (haha!), but have now decided to eat a multi-grain english muffin and apple that I have in my locker.  Back on track for me!
