well you can email or call them but they will most likly not respond. i called them and emailed them before the change and no one emailed me when i called someone told me i would get a call back or a email with a respond to my question with no call or nothing i emailed them after the change with no respond. i do know that someone looks over the site because i did a topic before the change with my web site i did and my blog and it got deleted and them with the new changes i did a topic on how to start a topic and left my email and that topic got deleted also so i had to start the topic over.  and i am no tech just spent 2 hours on the site and found it by accident.

i fell that this site know is more about selling then helping people.

I just started this slim fast today.  I am trying to be hopeful but I have tried everything else.  I am going to follow it exact for a week just to see what weight I can lose.  Can someone tell me how the slim fast is working for them and how many pounds you could lose in a week.  People I really need motivation to do this diet.  I hope this site works for me because I really need the support. Not happy here either... It is so much more stressful to try and find my way around this site, but I need you all so much. Since I am not very good at computers or typing as you might have noticed, I even had trouble learning the old site, too...never could get my photo on  so far...  That is how it is for me. By the time I learn what one thing is at all there are four more things all ready taking its place. All I can do on a cell phone is call people!!!  Well once again technology takes its toll.  Any of you who have kids could get them to help and then tell the rest of us how to do things LOL! We all agreed that we liked the sight and that is why we signed on.

I don't like it either.  But hang in there!  You have put in the time in yourself.  Keep it up.

I'm not sure what happened with slimfast.  Maybe we all need to tell them in the

contact us section.

I HATE this website. Seems like they are pushing a quick way to lose weight and not a healthy life style. I sent two emails and I will probably email them every day. May not do any good but I think they need to know how we feel. I have been on this thing since Thursday. I finally learned how to start another topic. I even found my journal. I just go to the yahoo site and type in mustangnana Journey To A Thinner Me and it popped up but no way to update it. Even if I could I still need the site to track all of calories, fats, and especially sodium. Please don't leave us SisterC. I am trying to hang in praying that SF will change it back. I will confess that I have been out of control since this new thing started. Does Slim Fast even care about us anymore? We stayed with them through the recall and this is what we get. I think we should all start sending emails to slim fast. Give Ms Ali a lot of reading to do. Maybe if enough of us complain we can get it back. If not we just need to find out where we can all go to stay in touch with each other. I could not have made it thru Stella's passing and my break thru seizure had it not been for my slim fast buddies. I don't brag to people about sf helping me keep track anymore.  Kaye

No this was not a well planed out or thoughtful plan.  I did some poking around on OLD OLD posts that I google.. seems like this website has upset a lot of people long before our journey ever began. 2008 and before.. Seems like something they keep changing and not getting right.. this leads me to believe they really don't care much about the site itself.. I hope you don't leave SisterC.. you have inspired so many and helped so many along the way, myself included.  I'm going to stay positive about this site, change in my life is hard, change here is hard and I just need to learn to deal with it.  A lot of you mean a LOT to me and without you all, I'd long since given up.  I will admit I'm using another website.  I had to.. but, this one means too much to me right now.. well yall do.. so I'll use both for now.  that sux.. Happy with the new site????  HA!  I can't stand it...too frustrating...can't find anything...can't connect up with my buddies...I am really poor at technology...I admit; but they didn't have to ruin the site so that a person can't even use it.  I have not been on it for several days...tried the first day and was miserable...why so many changes?  Really am wondering if I will be able to visit the site without so much stress that I turn to food....this was not a good idea for sf to do...I am no longer bragging to anyone about their wonderful site...it is pathetic....Hope to be able to continue this journey of mine...Hugs, SisterC

I hate it!  They took away all the non-slim-fast-product choices for breakfast!  That was what I loved about the website was that it seemed like it wasn't just trying to sell product, but actually help a person lose....  :(
