  •  This is so sad, I just returned and loved this site because for me to lose weight I had to count my calories, everyone of them.    I love the food journal they had here, the best on the web.   The site was so user friendly.   I was so motivated to start the weight loss again and now this.   This was my most successful tool.   This is just too sad.   I am hoping they change that back or at least explain why they went to this.   Oh  and it is so sssssllllllloooooowwwwwwwww.

  • Did I seriously lose my weight progress???  Is there any way to get it back without entering everything in all over again?

  • I started this plan two weeks ago and love it.  My husband is doing it with me which makes  it even better.   But this new plan change has really discouraged and frustrated me.   I can't even figure out how to print a meal plan, and it is running so slow.    I know change is hard and they probably think we will get used to the new look, but honestly I am dissapointed.     I was finally learning how to look at not just calories but sodium, fiber, fat etc.      

    I am going to stick around for a little while longer, but I can't wait for them to get the kinks out, I need no deviation from anything right now.

    I wish there was an option to follow the new "plan' or stick with the old site.

  • i cant figure out how to post something new??? i see other new posts since the site has changed, so there is obviously a way to do it, but its not letting me for some reason! so..... if any of my regular challenge girls see this, please post the easter challege today..... if you can!!! thanks,

  • Well, I might be chiming in late, but I just returned t the site last week and, of course, it had changed a little, not notifying you of your responces, but this is crazy. I thought I was the only one having this much trouble with the 3-2-1 changes.It's sad, but good to know, that it's not just me. I'm gonna call them and coomplain. Maybe if enough of us do that, they will make some more changes or go back to the original site. At least that's what I'm hoping.

  • I am with you sayeater, on the old site it would calculate what your calorie intake should be. This one just says three snacks, two shakes, and a sensible meal of no more than 500 calories. That seems really drastic. On the old site my calorie intake was 1700 calories and no more than 2400mg of sodium. I don't want a quick fix. I want a life style I can live with. I feel so sorry for the new people coming on here also. I don't even feel like I could help them. I can't find anything myself how could I tell somebody else where to find the answers. I have already sent an email to slim fast for all the good it will do. I don't want to lose my family on here. I need you ladies. You have helped me thru so much. I just pray to God they will put the site back like it was before but with all the money they have probably put into this I am sure they won't.

  • OK one more thing before I stop complaining ( for a few hours at least).  What's with all the "Lose weight fast" stuff all over the site now.  And having to enter some kind of "special event" when you set up your plan???  What happened to just getting healthy?  Anyone else notice the new marketing direction?  Like the only reason to use the plan is to drop a few before your wedding, ya know?  That's probably why some of you are noticing the plan seems more restrictive ( I don't know haven't been able to set mine up yet), they are pushing quick fixes, not sustained lifestyle change.  Luckily we all know better and already have the knowledge to do this in a way that works for us in the long run.  I just feel sorry for new people who are being subjected to the "lose weigh fast" focus.

  • I am so discouraged with this site. I can't even find my Friday weigh in group. Can't post a different thread. I guess that I will have to do it here. Today was my Friday weigh in and I lost the four pounds I put on in the past two weeks. Time to go forward now but how?  There is no journal to help track all the important things for me mainly sodium. On the old site it gave lunch as a shake and some options to eat with it. Mine has always been the toasted peanut butter sandwich. The old site it was with jelly but I never ate the jelly. Now on this one it looks like they are saying shake and nothing else. I am confused, scared I am going to be getting in to much sodium, and what about my journal. I found it on here once but when I went back it was gone. I need you ladies. Slim fast has really messed up our way of staying in touch with each other.
