  • I made the same mistake of not saving it, too. But they are neat and now every time I post it reminds me of how far I've come! For me the fish reminds me that I may again be able to do  what I love  which is scuba dive. Have a great day! Suzanne

  • IT WORKED!!!!! :-)  It's pretty!  The butterfly looks a little like my tattoo and represents beauty and freedom.  The rainbow reminds me that "I can do it".  The rain reminds me not to give up when my results are less than my expectations and to just keep doing the work.  :-)  JodieHut, Thanks for the guidance.  It didn't work the first time because I didn't save my edit page, after I pasted it into my signature box.  ~  Now, I have to do the hard part and make the scale move, by working to get the weight off!  :-)  This week, my goal is to 'maintain' and not gain any weight during this Thanksgiving weekend.  I'm looking forward to enjoying ALL of my favorite foods,  but I will eat smaller portions, drink water instead of soda, and exercise every day"Happy Thanksgiving, Everybody".  :-)

  • This is a test to see if I did it right. ~ It's on the 'myFitness Pal ticker page.  It's not showing up here. ~ I'll try again.

  • I tried setting the ticker up   again last night and it went under both posts. I felt kind of silly seeing it under a post that said I couldn't do it!  I am delighted and proud to have it.Thanks again. Suzanne

  • Suzanne.... not sure what you are seeing on your computer, but your ticker looks good to me!

  • Well didn't work. Must have goofed soemthing up. Will try again tomorrow. I really want a ticker of my very own. Thanks, Suzanne

  • Thanks  Jodie, I followed your excellent directions to the best of my ability and hope I did it right... thanks, Suzanne

  • I haven't done it for quite some time (because you only have to do this once) but on Myfitnesspal.com, sign in and go to "Your ticker" ..... click on "get code for your ticker" ..... the first box is for signatures, highlight and 'copy' it.  On your SlimFast profile, go to "edit profile" ..... then choose the "Group option" tab ..... in the signature box, 'paste' your ticker.   Whenever you change your ticker on Myfitnesspal.com it will automatically change where ever you have 'pasted' it.  Good luck!

  • I also have the account set up and would love to have a ticker, but don't have a clue how to make it show up here. If someone can explain how to do it please explain it in language for computer dummies. Actually I am lucky to have found my way  here at all! Suzanne

  • I see that many of you have progress scales by myFitness Pal.com.  I created an account on that website.  How do I get the progress chart to show up in this community group?
