  • Don't be dissapointed. Your four pounds are NOT somewhere. Our morning routine is fairly casual because we are retired. We talk for awhile  while my husband has his two cups of coffee. This usually is around 1/2 hour or 45 minutes. When I first get out of bed I am up to a couple pounds higher, but if I weight again before we have breakfast and it  will be usually be back down. So I take the lowest weight. My scale is iffy so I step on it three times to make sure it has made up its mind. Stick with it. Your body has no choice but to start showing its loss!   • did you weight around the same time... because you body's weigh goes up and down during  the day..... I choose to weigh in the morning before i eat anything... and to be start up honest in my birthday suit to get a true weight without the weight of clothes or nothing... so choose a time your will be weighing ur self everyweek so you will know what your weight will be

  • was disappointing.  I lost 0 lbs.  I weighed yesterday and showed a 4 lb. loss. What happened?  But that's gotta be o.k. for now because I'm not giving up/in yet.  I worked too hard last week to cave in now.
