    I guess SF isn't for everyone. It is helping  me a lot inspite of being hungry. I think the sensible diet is great and we all will be having to learn to do that at some point. Good luck and congrats on your weight loss! Suzanne

    I have lost 5lbs!  Unfortunately the weight loss came after stopping the use of SlimFast.  I am actually not going to use this product anymore.  The shakes are so sweet that they left me craving sweets!  It also was never truly filling for me and would only last me about an hour to an hour and a half before I was hungry again.  Once I stopped using the shakes and started eating more sensibly I actually lost weight.  So it isn't a good fit for me.  No more SlimFast for me....all that I have left over I guess will just be used as breakfast if I am in a hurry. :(
