    Its great to be on the forums and get the feedback...Im posotive tahts what is helping me stay on track. im on my 3rd day and so far ive beena ble to stick to it, even though its rainy outside and Im tempted to eat.

  • I did it...made it threw yesterday and stayed on track the whole time. I took everyones advice and made it my own. Thank you so much. I went out and bought celery...to snack on in times of need and I'm almost posotive that where I live ppl must think that I know of a storm comming in cause I bought a WHOLE lot of water lol.

    So in addition to my meal plan and carefull planning my day.. I took it one meal at a time. I told myself that I can do this at breakfast.....lets make it to snack as my next goal...then only a few hours till I can have luch...I gave myself mini goals throughout the day and I felt acomplished when I reached every single one of them.

    I was tempted at night bigtime. I went out Xmass shopping for my 2 sons and we ALWAYS stop at a fastfood place...ALWAYS. This time...we didnt but I had a plan if we did. I told my husband that if he felt like eatn that crap go ahead..but all I want is a water and a plain salad. This way I could munch on something as he did and not feel deprived or give in and eat some of his.
