  • Count me in, too!  :-)  This is an excellent way for me to start my membership.  I will COMMIT to doing 10 crunches, each morning, when I wake up, either in bed or on the ball.  Each day, I will increase my reps.  Thanks for the motivation. 

  • This is great... I need a push and a kick to get me started.  I will try to do 10 mins on my treadmill everyday.  Yes, I need to ,,,,maybe the scale will actually move down and not up or just stare at me with the same numbers.(Ha Ha)  Thanks for holding me accountable for this.  I think this challege will really help. Makes us feel a little guilty if we don't and we know everyone else did.  Great Idea.

  • I'm doing my 10 sit ups a day...may not be a lot, but I think it will be great to add to it this week.  Coni, Thanks for the challenge.  Today at the New Parent Groups I run at the hospital, a fitness instructor came in to give us some easy excercizes we could do at home and she "promised not to hurt us", but I was laughing at myself at how easily I was getting tired.  I need muscles!  The adorable skinny woman was doing a plank and said, "Oh you may not be able to see very well because my jacket is hanging to the floor."  and I am thinking to myself, "You may not be able to see what I'm doing because my stomach is hanging to the floor!"  Ha...nevermind...not funny...I will visualize myself doing a plank and my stomach not touching the floor!  ok, doing my situps now.

  • I am glad I ran across this challenge, I am so in.  I will commit to 10 situps and 10 pushups the situps everyday and the pushups everyother day muscles need to breath...........man this is really a good thing I see a lot of ladies are motivatied wow.................twistygirl

  • FYI:  My internet is down at home so I just signed in at work and only have a minute... I'M SO EXCITED WITH HOW MANY OF US OUR GOING TO DO THIS!!!  I'm doing great so far and can't wait to see our posts again next Friday.  I'm already feeling stronger!  My internet should be fixed on Tuesday.. but Comcast sux so who know.. won't stop me from exercising!   WE ROCK!

  • This is a  great idea! I will be doing my best to do 10 jumping jacks, 10 sit ups, 10 push ups and 10 minutees+ on the Wii Fit. 

  • I am workign on my challange. On Saturday I couldn't do much and hurt all day. On Sunday I did about 5 minutes of dancing so I felt better. And in the afternoon I hiked up the bluff. But I fell asleep by 9:00. I skipped one of  my snack bars and it affected the whole rest of my day. I guess I need the extra that gives me.  For the fourth time I am actually looking forward to my weight training workout this morning. Who can figure! Have a great exerciseing day. Suzanne

  • I am in I want to join the challenge, I have been doing the plan now for 4 actual weigh ins lost about 7 lbs but I have not done  alot of exercise, its almost like I can get motivated in one area and not the other before slimfast I was exercising at curves and doing the wii.. now i do slimfast and exercise fell to back burner so you have challenged me to do both, hey it just might be what I need..  thanks.. starting today.. thanks Lorie

  • I'm just checking in with you Coni.... letting you know that I have kept up the commitment for this challenge.  Yesterday I did the minumum, but today I worked EXTRA. I did three sets of my three listed exercises, plus I did several sets of strength training exercises... along with my elliptical for cardio. I feel so good. I plan to take my hand weights with me to work tomorrow and work with them on my lunch.

    Hope everyone else is exercising their pounds away too!
