Wow am I reading that right?  You lost 200 pounds on Slimfast?  That is just too amazing.  Way to go on your journey.. congratulations.  150 to go, I'm sure you will do this.  You've come to the right place if you looking for a buddy.. lots of good people for support, accountability, cheerleading.. all of the above and what ever you need :)  Nice that you posted Snowangle.. showing what a change one person can do. 

hi i am new to and lost over 2oo pds so far on slimfast i still have almost 150 togo and would love to share new ways with a diet buddy

Yes, it is the greatest struggle for many of us.  I'm shocked at how much I can overcome, achieve, support others, etc, and yet weight has seemed almost insurmountable...this group has been a lifesaver for me.  I know I would've given up and "failed" yet again if it wasn't for this wonderful group of people who support me, listen to me, answer questions and most of all UNDERSTAND how difficult this is.  We all need each other.  Thanks for joining us.  Let us know about your progress and especially when you struggle.  Seeing others struggle one week and overcome the next has been a great blessing.  We can do this...as you can see it is being done.  One pound at a time!
