Hey, can you spell Stress???  It isn't like you haven't had a bit of that lately, huh?  Once you get back into your routine for work, you will again get in the groove of eating healthy and losing the weight.  You know what you need to do...just focus on yourself.  You can do this!!!

Yikes the scale is lying to me....I GAINED 10 pounds....yikes!  I have bounced back and forth with 6 pounds but now it's 10 pounds.  Still under the weather and not feeling 100 %.

Our sick kitty is doing better, for the first time he was waiting to be fed this morning where I normally feed them. He still getting mediciene and he will not be a happy camper when I give it to him....

Oh well have to get ready for work,  well Keep the faith and we'll get thru this together.
