lost a total of 7 pounds but my clothes still dont fit right

It gets agurvating when I know my scale says I lost weight but I really dont see it. Iv lost 7 pounds so far in a month and yet i feel i should see more of a differance than this. I hope I did not lose mussle and keep the fat. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem.

I forgot to mention that after baby # 3 I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, so this will be the first baby trying to lose weight with thyroid issues. Anyone else have the same problem? i know lots of people with thyroid problems and they all complain about the same thing...it is harder to lose...
