New to Slimfast, any recommendations?

  • I've always been a pretty healthy eater until my son was born and money became tight....Meaning the cheaper we can eat the better. I think I gained about 20 pounds but im not sure because since my son was born july09 i haven't weighed myself until 2 weeks ago.

    Anyway a couple months ago I started eating healthy but that kept me at the same weight so everymorning (yes 7 days a week) I do a 3 mile walk with the walk away the pounds dvds. I do that 7 days a week....Then 5 days a week I during nap time I do at least 1 20 minute dvd from stephanie huckabee's power fit set and before bed 5 nights a week I ride the exercise bike for 10 minutes or 5 miles

    Last week I lost 4 last week

    There have been a week or so here and there where I couldn't afford slim fast as cheap as it is cuz something would come up and I continued eating right and still lost at least 2 pounds a week

  • Hi all, I am a mother of three, ages 2, 4, and 6! I am 27, I am 5'7, and I weigh 165pds. I am new to slimfast, this is my first week, but I am very excited and motivated to succeed with this particular diet plan. I just started going back to the gym, I plan to workout between 3-5 days a week and I have been eating sensible meals for about two months now. I just don't feel like the weight is coming off fast enough for me. So I decided to do the 3-2-1 plan!  Any tips to succeed will be appreciated, good luck to all! Thanks, HeatherB.
