  • Be sure to exercise and not just diet. Try doing some kind or cardio and ab workouts at least 3 times a week. I know you've heard this a lot but it is true. Just eat right and exercise and the fat should come off. I had my baby 8 months ago, my first, and I couldnt get the weight off until I dieted and exercised. Now I am only 15 pounds away from my goal weight and I can bottom my pre-baby jean again. Good luck and dont give up it will evenually come off.

  • i just had my son almost 2 yrs ago and iwant to loose the inches and tummy fat..any advice or real stories? im only 18 but having trouble loosing it
