Hello Every-1!

I am Liz and I have a 10 week old son named Angel. Before I got pregnant my weight was 125!! After I had my son at the end of January my weight was 170!! We're in April now, and guess what? My weight is STILL 170!!

My biggest problem is that I CANNOT control my cravings in between meals and before bedtime. Also it's hard for me to go out and go for walks since my baby is only 10 weeks!

 

WHAT CAN YOU RECCOMMEND ME TO DO SO I CAN STILL BE ACTIVE EVENTHO I HAVE A 10 WEEK OLD BABY?!?

AND HOW DO I CONTROL MY CRAVINGS?!?!
