Just had my baby girl 12/14/2009.

After a rough vaginal delivery I've surprisingly recovered very well!

Once I hit the two week mark, and pain subsided, I decided to start my Wii Fit.

I'm doing the Yoga & Aerobics; its been a true life saver!

As the snow continues to fall and temperatures continue to drop, I can still work out instead of sitting on the couch with regret.

The only issues is finding a 30 minute break during the day when my baby girl decides to nap! haha!

Today I have added Slim-Fast & Low-Carb Diet into the mix. Hope to see results as days pass!

Anyone else use Wii Fit or have any other indoor exercise suggestions?
