Faith7, congratulations on deciding it is your time. If that chocolate cake it tempting, use the chocolate flavored slim fast. It works for my chocoholic cravings. I still have 52 lbs to go and have not lost my first 10 yet. This is a great bunch of encouraging buddies to help us get through this!!!

So, I have never tired a weight loss community like this, but I figure it cant hurt right. Im almost 28, i wear around 200lbs, and Im short so the wieght really doesnt have any place to go but my stomach, hips and theighs. I have 2 little girls, that I wish I could be more active with, but btwn feeling...

Right there with ya! I am 5'4" and weighing in at 195. I did lose 3 lbs on SlimFast so far, but there have been more than a few days I blew it! This is my second week. I am not doing well with the exercising, either. I just cannot seem to get motivated and stick with it. Part of the problem...
