  • Need a weight loss buddy in your 50's or really any age lol

    Hi All, I just joined right before my 55th birthday. I am a retired elementary school teacher. While teaching, I was so active and kept my weight to a size 8 clothing. Since I retired a year ago, I have put on 10 pounds...up to 150 and can't get into all my nice clothes. Nothing fits except sweats...
