    Faith7, congratulations on deciding it is your time. If that chocolate cake it tempting, use the chocolate flavored slim fast. It works for my chocoholic cravings. I still have 52 lbs to go and have not lost my first 10 yet. This is a great bunch of encouraging buddies to help us get through this!!!

  • Hungry days

    Does anyone have those days? You knwo the ones, where you're just... hungry! i am having that day today! I feel hungry, I know I have eaten plenty I have had 3 bottles of water so I know it's not thirst. What do I do?! I have gotten a salad on top of my normal meals and snacks but it's not...

    Great tips! I also found that if you use a straw in either a bottle or a big glass, you can really get a lot of water down! You can buy those flexible straws at the grocery store and psychologically it sort of fools the brain into thinking you're drinking pop so you can drink more!

    Hi All, I just joined right before my 55th birthday. I am a retired elementary school teacher. While teaching, I was so active and kept my weight to a size 8 clothing. Since I retired a year ago, I have put on 10 pounds...up to 150 and can't get into all my nice clothes. Nothing fits except sweats...
