    Faith7, congratulations on deciding it is your time. If that chocolate cake it tempting, use the chocolate flavored slim fast. It works for my chocoholic cravings. I still have 52 lbs to go and have not lost my first 10 yet. This is a great bunch of encouraging buddies to help us get through this!!!

  • Hungry days

    Does anyone have those days? You knwo the ones, where you're just... hungry! i am having that day today! I feel hungry, I know I have eaten plenty I have had 3 bottles of water so I know it's not thirst. What do I do?! I have gotten a salad on top of my normal meals and snacks but it's not...
