    Faith7, congratulations on deciding it is your time. If that chocolate cake it tempting, use the chocolate flavored slim fast. It works for my chocoholic cravings. I still have 52 lbs to go and have not lost my first 10 yet. This is a great bunch of encouraging buddies to help us get through this!!!

    I'm right there with you when it comes to the nighttime cravings. The first thing I did was create a whole section of one cupboard for ME ME ME!! I did the same thing in the fridge and took over one full corner for my stuff. It helps to just go to my special sections because then I'm not looking...
