    I am overweight and ready to lose. I think I can do this diet...it has chocolate!!!! seriously, I tried it last week and did pretty good except for the piece of chocolate my husband handed me.. But he is eating the same thing I am when we eat together.

    Hi All, I just joined right before my 55th birthday. I am a retired elementary school teacher. While teaching, I was so active and kept my weight to a size 8 clothing.
