    Faith7, congratulations on deciding it is your time. If that chocolate cake it tempting, use the chocolate flavored slim fast. It works for my chocoholic cravings. I still have 52 lbs to go and have not lost my first 10 yet. This is a great bunch of encouraging buddies to help us get through this!!!

  • here I go again

    this is a new group for me and I hope there are others out there starting the plan to. I lost 113 pounds about 5 years ago and then had a new baby ,,well that baby is 4 now and I have put about half my weight back on. I have been on some plan my whole life and all I can say is here I go again. I hope...
