    HI, im a newby. I am 37 and weigh 145 (today) and used Slim Fast about 12 years ago and it was so good and worked, that I can't think of why it took me so long to go buy some. So I did today, the vanilla power with soy milk and ice in the blender is so good. I did good today but I need support! Good...
