    I too was unemployed for 8 months...and completely depressed. I gained soooo much weight....sometimes though you just have to face whatever it is that has pushed you down and start climbing out of that hole!!! Wishing you all the best.     Good Luck kjfmfs!! You can do it, we All can. You just have to want a better body more than you want the foods that you crave. One thing that worked for me back in college, when I was 156lbs (i'm 5 ft), was to throw Everything away that my body didnt need. I didn't need those chips, I didn't...
