    Faith7, congratulations on deciding it is your time. If that chocolate cake it tempting, use the chocolate flavored slim fast. It works for my chocoholic cravings. I still have 52 lbs to go and have not lost my first 10 yet. This is a great bunch of encouraging buddies to help us get through this!!!

    I don't know if this will help with cravings but it sure helped me with hunger. That is the slim fast meal bar. I didn't bellieve it would curb my hunger but it sure did. I have lost 3 lbs. in 6 days. This loss may not keep up this fast but I sure like not being hungry. I have one every morning...
