&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve done the exact same thing this week by just letting myself start getting used to watching my calories and water intake. It is a BIG deal to learn these kinds of lifestyle changes instead of eating and drinking whatever we want without even thinking about it. I am serious about achieving my goals this time so I am taking it slow to start turning this into an everyday lifestyle instead of going gung-ho with an unrealistic diet I would never be able to maintain once the initial excitement wore off, and same goes for the exercising. I kind of think about it like the tortoise and the hare story, slow and steady wins the race!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you are unable to make your own dinners, maybe you can try to start making youself a healthy side dish to eat first. If she makes pizza, make yourself a big salad with lots of veggies and eat that first so you start getting full. Then enjoy one slice, or a half slice. Or have a piece of fruit a half hour before dinner so you don&amp;#39;t eat as much either. Having a couple frozen dinners on hand &amp;quot;just in case&amp;quot; might work too. I know from experience how difficult it can be to stay on track if you are the only one in the house&amp;nbsp;trying to eat healthier foods. If you want help brainstorming some ideas, just let me know! I am here for you! Hopefully you can talk to your boyfriend&amp;#39;s mom about it though and she will be understanding and encouraging by helping you out. &lt;p&gt;I was using this week to get used to eating properly and drinking so much water. I haven&amp;#39;t had soda for an entire week! I am starting to get used to everything now so I am definitely going to start exercising this week. And I know what you mean about the restroom! &lt;p&gt;I too am at 219, down 6 pounds!! I did not exercise at all this week though.
