I decided everytime i got to a fast joint because my boyfriend wants something i will tell my self i can spend this money on a outfit and as soon as i get home and move it into my savings account.... it will slowly add up along with junk food if i am tempted to get junk food instead of getting it i will move the amount i would have cost into my saving so i will have money to spend when it comes time to get smaller clothes and even rewards... plus I am not losing weight I am changing my life to live healthier... its is shown in studies people who have there goal as to lose weight... or to get in shape are shown to give up sooner... than those who want to change the life to make them selfs healthier.
