Even when we lose the amount of weight we want and are healthy, we&amp;#39;re still going to overeat on ocassion--don&amp;#39;t worry about it! I ate too much, way too much, for dinner two nights ago, and I felt AWFUL, really guilty. And then I said, Chelsea, come on, you&amp;#39;re not perfect, just watch what you eat tomorrow and exercise a little more to make up for it. So, I did; I&amp;#39;ve eaten really well today and I rode 7 miles on my bike instead of five. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I definitely know what you mean about wanting to eat everything in sight...true, it&amp;#39;s helpful when you don&amp;#39;t have the stuff around to look at, but sometimes that&amp;#39;s just not practical. Just think about what you want in the long term--do you want to eat that (whatever it is), or do you want to feel good about yourself and proud that you turned it down?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I know, it&amp;#39;s easier said than done, and you&amp;#39;re going to slip up sometime. But that&amp;#39;s why we&amp;#39;re here for you! lol.&lt;/p&gt;
