You can do it, it's hard for everyone to stay focused. We have our bad days and our good days. You just have to remember that it's ok to take breaks and start again when you're ready. It won't be easy , but it's doable.I also need to lose 20 pds. Sometimes I cheat, but I get right back up the next day. I'm here if you need a buddy. :) Nancy

HI, my is Janet. i know exactly how u feel. i also need to lose 50+ lbs and sits been a hard road to get on and stay on. always busy with kids and work and to disappionted in myself to go out with my skinny childless friends. MY excuse is I AM TOO FAt. Im motivated just by knowing im not the only one struggling and by giving each other encouraging wirds and a push once in awhile we can all reach our goals.  

I have been trying all my life to lose my weight but haven't succeed.I have been thru my family pictures and only to my saddness realize i have been fat too long.I am 34 years old and is sad to say but haven't done a family pictures of my beautiful family for the past 10 years my excuse is I AM TOOO FAT.I have to lose 50 lbs that would mean the world to me, mean a smile on my face everytime i look in the mirror but best of all love myself AGAIN.Please help me stay motivated this is my last resort!
