OK...so I read this article that Monday was a good day to start a new lifestyle change.  Tomorrow is it.  I have all of my supplies, done my homework, and used the weekend to mentally prepare.  I have 50-60 pounds to lose.

I'm looking for online buddies, as well as tips and suggestions.  What's your plan to lose that weight and live the lifestyle you have always wanted?  Here's mine:  My exercise routine starts at 5 a.m....yes, 5 a.m.  I am not a morning person, but after trying to fit in something on a regular basis I had to face the reality that early morning is best.  I will also add in 30 minutes of cardio at the end of the day.  And of course, follow the Slim-Fast plan.  I am totally about convenience and so all of my meals have very little effort.  My daughter will eat different meals that centers around her interests and food guide pyramid.  My husband loves to cook and so he will fix something for the two of them.
