Hi there :o) I'm a newb as well. I got married about 3 years ago and put on about 20 lbs. of "happy weight" I called it :o) My hubby and I both put on quite a bit of weight. Then 3 months ago I had a baby boy and rather than having "baby blues" I had crying fits in my closet just because my clothes don't fit anymore :o( So now on top of my inital 20-lb. gain, I now have about 15 lbs. of baby weight to lose. So, 35 lbs. is a long-term goal, 55 lbs. is an even longer-term goal, but really I just want to lose my first 10 lbs. That would make me incredibly happy! This July I also have to fit into a brides-maids dress--I am about 3 dress sizes away. I definitely need to kick it into gear and the only way I feel like I can do that is with a buddy or two to talk to. My husband is a great support, but we give in to temptation too quickly when we try to lose weight together :o)

this is a new group for me and I hope there are others out there starting the plan to.

I lost 113 pounds about 5 years ago and then had a new baby ,,well that baby is 4 now and I have put about half my weight back on.

I have been on some plan my whole life and all I can say is here I go again.

I hope this works for me and all us who have been on aplan for years and years
