Hello, I'm in for tomorrow, picked up my drinks last week. Had my last cook out today. For now, I'm just trying to fit my pants for work. I'm on meds that make me gain weight and I was on top of it until this summer. I'm a teacher and i got off schedule and let my guard down and gained weight. Trying not to let myself go entirely since I'm a big girl to start with.

I sent you a buddy request! I'll let you know tomorrow night how my first day went!  I have my shakes and snacks ready!  Drinking 64 oz of water every day is something I'm really going to have to work on! And the exercise part, of course.  I'm going to try to walk 30 minutes, 5 days a week to start with!

How long have you been using SF?

Hi and welcome to the site.  I just recently restarted SF.  You can add me as a friend.  My goal is to lose at least 100 pounds and at least 50 pounds by April 2011(going on a cruise).  You can do this!!  I put myself on a schedule.  When I stick to my schedule I really well.  My body is used to eating the same time everyday.  I also make sure I eat/drink at least six times a day.  I have my 2 shakes, my healty meal and my 3 snacks.

I'm starting tomorrow (never done this before), and I know I'm going to need support to make it.  I'm going to be craving other food and thinking constantly about my next meal.  I need to drop 75 lbs, but my goal is 30 by Christmas.
