  • Hi, my name is Janet, its day three for me.Also need support and motivation. This is way harder than i thought. Id be happy to be a friend.

  • Hi Tami, it is important to have support and I would be happy to add you as a friend, although I haven't figured out how to do that.  Tell me how and I will be happy to reciprocate.  I think this is my third day, too, and the evenings are the most difficult for me as well.  Something that has helped me in the past is that I make a list of things I could be doing (needlepoint, sewing, making jewelry, cleaning out a drawer, laundry, etc.)  I set up time limits and just get started...by the time I'm finished I have usually succeeded in getting over the boredom and the craving has passed.  Let me know if this idea helps.

  • My name is Tami and this is day 3 for me.  It is not easy, I have not given up and I am not going to.  My goal is 79 pounds by October 22 ( my son's 9th birthday).  I have found the evenings to be the hardest.  I started with just writiing down the cals and taking the SF products and then every day I eat less and I stop eatting sooner.  I would love to be support for you, please add me as a friend.

  • Hi Alex....my name is Laurie and I am about to start my SlimFast diet tomorrow.  Actually I was on the SlimFast plan about 5 years or so ago and it really did work for me! I admit, though, I only used SlimFast products -- the ready to drink shakes and the meal bars and snacks -- so I was hungry alot, but I did stick to it.  This time I'm going to try to follow some meal plans, though, so hopefully it will be easier.  I find that when I do diet it seems all I think about is eating! Is it the same for you?  Mostly I think about what I WANT to eat but can't! Anyway, I've made up my mind and I'm determined to make it work for me and stick to it.  That's the only way to make it work, right?
