  • I'm starting today! Need to lose 15 lbs. 54 yrs. old and gained 15 lbs. over the winter! I know we can do it! I'll be checking in with you!!!

  • I'm on my last 25 to 30 and i workout also, but it seems like the weight is just stuck!!! I'm about to start tomorrow .I have a 9 and 6 year old. I gained a lot of weight. with both. I've lost 55 to 60. Of course I always fluctuate.   So good luck to you and let me know of your progress!! I could use a good encouraging partner also. :))

  • Hello all.  I have a disability and I have to drop weight before my next surgery. Preferably I would like to lose 20 puonds.  I am currently 165.  Since I can only use treadmills and small bikes that lean back, I have decided to workout 6 times a day at 30 minutes or more if I can, using one of these machines.  Sometimes instead of using those machines, I do 1 hour of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) which does not require me to look down and is fun to do.  It helps when I cannot make the journey to the gym or when the day is too painful to drive.  I think we all have the motivation needed within ourselves and from others to complete our weight loss goals.  My motivation is to recover as best as possible so that I may get back to spending quality time with my soon to be teenage son. I want him to see that even though I have a handicap, it will not break me down.  I would be so happy when I drop these 20 pounds.  I am sure we all would be happy to complete our weight loss goals.  Take care and God Bless.

  • Hi! I'm also a mom of two- they are 2 and 4 years old. I recently became a full time college student and feel like I have no time to exercise. I've lost and gained the same 20 pounds twice since I had my second child. Its so hard! I'm hoping this works for me and I can stick with it. I need to start getting out of bed earlier and exercising. I hate waking up early. My kids still have me up half the night.

  • I am also trying to drop some pounds.  I have been counting calories and working out at least 3 times a week.  The scale hasn't tipped.  I am really in need of some encouraging words.  Congratulations to you guys for deciding to make this change in your lives.  I wish us all the best of luck!

  • I am looking for a buddy as well.  I have a 4 yr old and 9 month old and NEED to loose 20 lbs!

    I workout almost everyday, but the scale is still stuck.  I know I must eat too many calories, but I'm not sure when and where...I've never had to diet so strictly...but I do now because I want this weight OFF!! I gained 50 lbs with bb#2, and have lost about 30...I want that other 20 off (and even more after I've reached that first goal..)

    I think Slimfast will work, and motivation from other women who have the same goal would be great!

  • I have lost 5lbs the first week on slimfast, but have not lost anything in week 2 or 3.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  So starting week 4 today and at the -5lb mark. Any help or suggestions.

  • I love your energy for wanting to loose the weight.  I have a 10 month old and i'm ready to get started on loosing the last 10 to 15 pd.  What really got you motivated and excited.  I would love to have a buddy.
