Hey guys, I weighed myself on the first of February. I have lost 6 pounds. I know that isn't my goal weight but I am just happy that the scale came out smaller. I hope everyone else has stayed the same or lost. If it happened the other way remeber muscles are heavier then fat is. Good Luck on each one of your journeys.
