I dont follow it strictly either, but i try to stay within my bounds.  Last week I started out at 168.6 lbs and after a week i weighed in at 165 lbs (i'm 5'6).  I am not a very well dieter, so I am trying not just to diet but to change my lifestyle and the way I cook.  Instead of cooking with butter i'v been using EVO and using fresh garlic instead of garlic powder for the heath benifits.  Along with grabbing a bag of steamers that you throw in the microwave intead of buying canned veggies. 

How long have you been following the diet?  I was able to strictly follow for 3 days....  I lost 4 lbs in those 3 days and then I don't know what happens.  I get way off track.  I blame work and a busy schedule but I need to get my act together and get serious about this.  I am 34, 177 lbs.

Did gain and didn't lose.  These were doctors scales.  I didn't follow strictly as I should have though.  I really need a motivation partner to help me get serious with this.  I also use WW for lunch or dinner on occasion.  I am 43, 5'8 and weigh 185.  So if anyone would like to partner up, I am game.
