Congratulations and welcome!  Sounds like you've now got motivation, tools, and support.  So the rest is up to you!  It truly is possible to change the way we deal with food and to adopt a new healthier lifestyle, but we have to committ to work for it.  Think positive, stay focused and you will be on your way to meeting your goals.  Best of luck!!

You'll do great.  Just finished my first week and it was really easy.  Make sure to drink all of the water that you are suppose to.  I hate that part, but I honestly think it helps a lot.  One of my buddies writes a "fatbook" journaling her days.  I read it every day, it just helps me remember we're all having the same struggles but we just keep working toward our goals.  If you do slimfast from now until your wedding you will feel amazing in your dress...just think how good that will feel! 

Well I just started the diet today. I'm very nervous that I won't stick with it. But i'm more afraid of getting any bigger... and i'm definitely not getting any smaller!!! I'm utilizing the meal planner....well i guess i should say customizing it. I'm going to go buy a scale and pedometer today. I'm really going to put my all into it. I just hope i can keep it up. I can't find anyone local to buddy up with me.... so i guess i'm gonna put myself out there and say if anyone needs a buddy... i'm definitely available. :)

i have one issue. I'm getting married in december. I've already got my dress (last dress they had for a heck of a deal in my big girl size)  the dress is gorgeous but i feel like an overflowing root beer float in all it's strapless splendor. I know i have room to lose some weight and the dress will still fit. uggggghhh 

any buddy help that can be offered will be exceptionally appreciated.
